Salon Cancellation Policy At Bellana Beauté, I value your time and my own. To provide all clients with the highest level of service and respect my schedule, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations & No-Shows I require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will also be charged 100% of the service amount. This policy allows me to better serve all of my clients and ensure that both my time and your time is respected. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
